Are there additional fees for extra drivers?

For maui, Britz and Apollo campervans there is no additional fee for extra drivers.

For Cheapa, Mighty and Hippie:

if you purchase the Value Pack the fee is included
f you have not purchased the Value Pack there is an additional charge of $4.00 per person per day (Maximum charge is $60 per extra driver)
